Overview
This two day business presentation workshop is a practical, 'hands on' course that has been designed to help participants develop and apply the skills needed to deliver confident, effective, persuasive presentations.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Deliver planned, structured, persuasive presentations appropriate to the needs of the audience.
- Plan a presentation.
- Effectively utilise movement, voice modulation and gestures during the presentation.
- Effectively use eye contact during the presentation.
- Use visual aides, appropriate to the situation.
- Handle difficult situations.
- Establish rapport with their audience.
- Reinforce the key messages.
- Recognise 'buying signals' and involve the audience.

Expected Outcomes
Participants are expected to be able to confidently deliver planned and persuasive business presentations that enable them to build rapport, enhance business relationships and to win business.
Methods of Assessment
The way in which the participants apply the presentation skills and techniques will be assessed during the workshop activities and skills exercises. Constructive feedback will be given to the participants by the course leader and by other participants.
