Workshop Aims
This two day training programme is for people who need to lead people through change. Change is necessary for survival – so why do people resist change? This programme uncovers the need for change and how change can be beneficial for the individual as well as the organisation.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Use the eight step change model to lead people through change.
- Help people overcome their resistance to change.
- Demonstrate how change benefits the individual as well as the organisation.
- Facilitate the effective communication of change to all those affected.
- Understand how to embed change in the “organisation’s culture.”
- Develop strategies to make the organisation and individuals more flexible and motivated to actively produce beneficial change.
