This two day workshop is aimed at individuals and teams that need to effectively plan and manage projects and get the 'buy-in' of everyone concerned.

• Identify each stage of a project.
• Attend to the people needs - getting their buy-in
• Use the correct tools at each stage.
• Identify and resolve 'scope creep.'
• Apply a simple project management framework that works every time.
• Facilitate team sessions to maximise team involvement and performance.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Understand where and when to use project management software.
