Performance Planning
Overview
This 2 day workshop has been designed to provide the participants with an overview of best practice management and team development activities. It will help them to develop the skills they need to analyse information effectively, to break information into logical, relevant, and easily digestible chunks and to generate creative and innovative solutions.
It is a practical, 'hands on', session that has been designed to help participants develop and apply the skills necessary to improve the performance and motivation of themselves and others within their team to ensure that all team members are able and willing to perform to their full potential.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify the key components of a SWOT, PESTLE, and NEEDS analysis.
- Conduct a SWOT analysis.
- Conduct a PESTLE analysis.
- Conduct a NEEDS analysis.
- Think in terms of outcomes.
- Generate creative solutions.
- Identify the 6 steps needed to make effective and innovative decisions.
- Identify the role of performance management within the business.
- Develop a performance plan for their team.
- Better motivate their team.
- Undertake a training needs analysis and prepare a development plan for their team members.
- Manage their team effectively to ensure they perform to their full potential.
