As trainers we work with clients to develop and deliver bespoke training programmes that really get results for individuals, teams and organisations alike.

Our 'on-site' training programmes are tailored to meet the specific needs of the client and include training needs analysis, training design, delivery and evaluation.

For example, British Airways Maintenance run an 'on-site' Management Development Programme using four of the training programmes listed below; whilst Southeastern run a Leadership Development Programme using the majority of the training programmes listed below.

Worth Consulting also regularly run 'open' programmes, catering for clients that would prefer a non-bespoke learning environment.
