Assessments
Worth Consulting provide a number of assessment tools that can be used for:
- Self-assessment
- Performance Management
- 360 degree feedback
Each assessment is conducted online using a very simple user-interface (usually takes about 10 minutes).
On completion of the assessment a report is created that includes a graphical interpretation of the scoring to enable instant recognition of existing skill levels and guidance on how to improve in each of these areas.
Generic assessments include:
LEAD80 – Leadership Effectiveness Assessment Diagnostic
This assessment measures leadership effectiveness and is an ideal compliment to any leadership training programme.
TEAM40 – Team Effectiveness Assessment Measure
This assessment measures effectiveness as a team member and is an ideal compliment to any training programme seeking to enhance team member skills. It is particularly suited to the ILM Level 2 Award and Certificate in Effective Team Member Skills.
CID80 – Communication and Influencing Diagnostic
This assessment measures the effectiveness of communication and influencing skills and builds upon well-known concepts such as ‘learning styles’ and ‘social styles’. This measure is an ideal compliment to training programmes seeking to raise self-awareness and provide a foundation upon which to build flexibility and adaptability in different environments and with different people.

Worth Consulting have extensive experience with ‘competencies’. Many organisations have written skills and behavioural competencies already – often sitting on the shelf unused. We can put those competencies online for you so that users have a simple cost-effective means to bring these important skills and behavioural standards to ‘life’ – thereby helping the organisation get the return on investment already made.
