This DVD is based around the scenario of a male manager seeking the help of a professional coach over his difficulty with the attitude of a particular member of staff. It demonstrates in detail how the manager is able to resolve the issue by becoming confident and competent to use coaching to resolve the problem. The final scene shows the viewer the complete coaching session between the manager and his difficult staff member. Each scene is centred around a set of key learning points which helps to focus the viewer's attention and consolidate their learning. The coaching sessions include on-screen notes to help the viewer learn the entire coaching process from start to finish. The scenes represent real employees in a real life situation and can be used by any type of organisation.
