All orders will be sent to the address that your credit card statements go to. This address must be the address that Google Checkout send us when your credit card payment has been cleared.
All orders will be will be shipped as soon as we are able, which is normally within 7 to 10 days of receipt of order.
Don't worry - we maintain a 14 day returns policy on all of our products.
Just send us the goods back by registered post within 14 days enclosing your dispatch/returns note and we will issue a credit note for your order value.
Note that all goods should be in their original packaging and unopened.
