The ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management Skills aims to give practising or potential managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing comprehensive leadership and management skills.
Participant profile:
There are no formal entry requirements, but participants will normally be either, practising or aspiring managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands, or have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.
