Participant Profile:
This workshop is ideal for practising senior leaders and managers, or learning and development specialists, who have a genuine interest in coaching and mentoring and developing others. The Certificate programme requires 12 hours of practical coaching and mentoring. The Diploma covers the same material and assignments for the Certificate, but requires 125 hours of practical coaching and mentoring. The Diploma is, therefore, best suited to those people for whom coaching and mentoring forms a very signicant part of their regular activity.
Programme Aim:
The programme aims to add value to the individual and the organisation. For the individual, the programme aims to increase personal effectiveness as a coach, mentor, role model and leader. For the organisation, the programme aims to create a confident, effective and highly qualified executive coach and mentor that will enable the organisation to develop the talent and potential of their existing and future leaders and senior managers.
