Corporate Coaching and Facilitation

We provide one to one and team coaching to directors, board members, executives, senior and middle managers.  As corporate coaches we stretch, support and challenge our clients, so that they believe in their unlimited potential as much as we do.

Through coaching our clients are able to:

• Find their own solutions;
• Develop their own skills;
• Change their own behaviours and attitudes.

Coaching can be for specific performance issues or to support other training activities.

Executive Coaching:

We have helped executives from the public, private and third sectors, explore the beliefs, attitudes and behaviours that may be hindering their progress and to identify the actions they need to take to achieve their desired results - business, professional and personal. 

Our award winning OSCAR coaching model brings together a number of highly effective psychological approaches.  The model allows our experienced coaches to successfully combine behavioural-cognitive coaching, NLP coaching and Solutions-Focused coaching with outstanding results.

Training Executive Coaches:

We also train others to become Executive Coaches and are currently working in partnership with Cwm Taf NHS Trust and PSMW (Public Services Management Wales) to help 18 executives from the Welsh Public Sector achieve the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.

Team Coaching/Facilitation/Action Learning:

We are experienced facilitators and specialise in facilitating multi-agency, strategic planning, visioning, problem solving and team building events.

Training Facilitators:

We are recognised as leaders in the field of training facilitators.  We are the preferred provided of facilitation skills training for PSMW and on their behalf provide faciilitation skills training across the Welsh Public Sector.  This training enables the Welsh Public Sector to build a network of qualified internal facilitators, thus increasing skills transfer, internal capacity and sustainability.
