Established in 1994 by Karen Whittleworth, Worth Consulting has helped 100's of clients develop the skills, knowledge and attributes needed to maximise their performance.

The Directors, Karen Whittleworth and Andrew Gilbert, are highly respected and experienced corporate coaches, trainers and facilitators with more than 20 years experience of working with UK and International organisations. They are recognised leaders in their field, both come from managerial backgrounds (Karen in HR and Andrew in Sales) and understand first hand the increasing work pressures facing today's managers and organisations.

As trainers we work with you to develop and deliver bespoke training programmes that really get results for individuals, teams and organisations alike. As facilitators we ensure that everyone in the group is clear about where they are going and why and what they need to do to get there. Andrew specialises in sales and management performance, his focus is on training and coaching sales professionals and business managers to increase profit margins, to negotiate with integrity and to develop profitable business relationships and partnerships. As an accredited coach and experienced sales negotiator and manager he is committed to helping clients achieve outstanding sales performance.
