Established in 1994 by Karen Whittleworth, Worth Consulting has helped hundreds of clients develop the skills, knowledge and attributes needed to maximise their performance.

The Directors, Karen Whittleworth and Andrew Gilbert, are highly respected and experienced corporate coaches, trainers and facilitators with more than 30 years experience of working with UK and International organisations. They are recognised leaders in their field, both come from managerial backgrounds (Karen in HR and Andrew in Sales) and understand first hand the increasing work pressures facing today's managers and organisations.

At Worth Consulting we help our clients determine where they want to be, where they are now, what the gap is and how they can address it. Whatever the gap Worth Consulting can help.

As trainers we work with you to develop and deliver bespoke training programmes that really get results for individuals, teams and organisations alike. As facilitators we ensure that everyone in the group is clear about where they are going and why and what they need to do to get there. As corporate coaches we stretch you, support you and challenge you, so that you believe in your unlimited potential as much as we do.

Our work is about getting results. Client companies enjoy improved productivity with heightened staff morale.
